Paris Hilton learns how to change her baby's nappy a month after he's born

Fans of Paris Hilton have been left shocked to learn that the new mum didn't learn to change her son's nappy until he was one month old.

Of course, the socialite has plenty of help on hand so it's unlikely she'd need to know, however, a new clip of her sister, Nicky Hilton-Rothschild showing her how it's done is dividing people.

Hilton even struggled to tell the back of the diaper from the front, but vowed to learn to do it 'for her birthday'.
