A 'Pennywise' clown has been terrorising locals in a Scottish village for weeks

A clown that has been 'terrorising' a Scottish village for the past three Halloweens has announced they're playing a 'game' with terrified locals.

Dressed as Pennywise and roaming the streets holding a balloon, the 'Skelmorlie Clown' has already spent weeks winding up police and the media, releasing creepy videos warning of its next steps.

In the latest clip, the clown reveals a number of iconic Scottish locations, telling the public to go and take pictures in their 'scariest' costumes there. However, it's not known what the clown wants them for.
